This chart shows the benchmark HPI for Oakville since 2005. The biggest change in the benchmark occurred back in 2008-2009 because of the lending crisis and recession resulted in lower sales in the luxury market which in turn decreased the HPI. This is very useful information to have to be able to see trends.
